We want you to be happy with your website. This policy explains exactly when money is returned.
If you change your mind before we have begun building your site, you get a full refund of the ₹2,999 setup fee. Just tell us on the phone number or email below.
Once work has started, we will keep changing the design until you are happy with it. If we cannot produce something you are satisfied with, and your site has not gone live, we refund half the setup fee to cover work already done.
The setup fee is not refundable once your website has been published, because the work is complete at that point.
If you paid ₹9,999 for the year:
Example: you cancel four months into the year. Eight whole months are unused, so we refund 8 × ₹799 = ₹6,392.
You can cancel the ₹799 monthly fee at any time. Cancelling stops all future payments. The current month is not refunded, and your website stays online until the end of that paid month.

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank.
If we cancel your service for a reason that is not your fault, we refund any fees you have paid for services not yet delivered.
