We want you to be happy with your website. This explains exactly when money comes back.
If you change your mind before we have begun building, you get a full refund of the ₹2,999. Just tell us.
Once work has started we keep changing the design until you are happy. If we cannot produce something you are satisfied with, and the site has not gone live, we refund half the fee to cover work already done.
The fee is not refundable once your website has been published, because the work is complete at that point.
Domain registration cannot be refunded once bought — that money goes to the registrar, not to us, and the domain stays yours. Unused hosting is refunded pro-rata if you cancel.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. How quickly it appears depends on your bank.
If we cancel for a reason that is not your fault, we refund everything you have paid for work not delivered.
