These terms apply to website design and hosting services provided by Websitewalo ("we", "us"). By paying for our service you agree to them.
We build a website for your business using one of our ready designs, publish it online, and provide support and content changes for 1 year from the date it goes live.
There is no monthly or recurring fee. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on your invoice.
1 year after your site goes live, support and content changes end unless renewed. Your domain and hosting continue on their own renewal cycle, billed at cost. Your website stays online as long as those are paid.
You agree to provide your business details, photographs and any other content you want on the site. We cannot begin work until we receive them. You confirm you have the right to use any photographs or logos you send us.
We aim to publish your website within 72 hours of receiving your content and your choice of design. Delays caused by content not being supplied are outside our control.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you ask us to publish, including prices, claims and images. We may decline to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes someone else's rights.
The photographs and text you supply remain yours, and the domain is registered in your name. The underlying design template and code remain ours, licensed to you for as long as your site is hosted with us.

We are not liable for loss of business, profit or data arising from your website being unavailable. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction over our registered address.
