These terms apply to website design and hosting services provided by Websitewalo ("we", "us"). By paying for our service you agree to them.
We build a website for your business using one of our ready designs, publish it online, and keep it online for as long as your monthly fee is paid. We provide small content changes (text, photos, contact details) as part of the monthly fee.
You may choose either plan:
At the end of the 12 months on the yearly plan, the service continues only if you renew, at ₹7,999 per year or ₹799 per month. We will contact you before the period ends. If you do not renew, your website is taken offline.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on your invoice.
You agree to provide your business details, photographs and any other content you want on the site. We cannot begin work until we receive them. You confirm you have the right to use any photographs or logos you send us.
We aim to publish your website within 72 hours of receiving your content and your choice of design. Delays caused by content not being supplied are outside our control.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you ask us to publish, including prices, claims and images. We may decline to publish content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes someone else's rights.
The photographs and text you supply remain yours. The underlying design template and code remain ours and are licensed to you for as long as your account is active.
If the monthly fee is not paid, your website will be taken offline. We will keep your content for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
You may cancel the monthly service at any time by telling us. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what is refundable. We may end the service if these terms are broken.
We are not liable for loss of business, profit or data arising from your website being unavailable. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the preceding three months.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction over our registered address.
